Wants: everyone to feel happy — even if just for a tiny moment — at some point in their day!

Hannah

Loves: yoga, sunrise, turmeric lattes, making chocolate, journalling, house music, festivals, travelling, self development, meeting new people and finding out what makes them tick, curry!

Dislikes: hazelnuts (unless they’re in Nutella!), being late, cream cheese, snakes

Has experience of: anxiety, depression, eating disorders

Wants: to create safe spaces to talk about mental health and share empowering tools & knowledge that help us all feel calmer, more grounded, healthier, happier and connected

Wants: I would like people to begin to develop a sense of self awareness. So they can better understand themselves and then this may help them understand the world and the people around them better.
