Focalizing

A somatic therapy to increase resource, expand capacity and create a greater sense of connection. Heal past trauma and/or move through current emotional blocks to ease daily life.

Working with Holly has helped me to connect with my body, to feel deeply relaxed and has helped me to reduce the tension headaches which I was frequently experiencing. . It’s also been amazing to have some true time for myself and to really notice what my body is telling me and learn to sit with those feelings. I’ve been able to take some of the strategies from the sessions and use them in my daily life which has been so good! Thank you Holly :)
