Work with me 1:1

Working with me 1:1 is the most tailored, impactful way to to support you or your family.

Because the nature of everything I do is holistic and responsive to the needs of the individual, I don’t work in one particular way. My approach is consistent - nurturing, honest, open, trauma-informed, consent-based and autonomy-driven - but outcomes are always different from client to client and across sessions with each client.

I utilise strands of professional experience and training including secondary school teaching, mental health education provision, childcare work, somatic therapy, yoga, advocacy work and the lived experience of being a late-discovered autistic and a full-time parent/carer to my disabled kid. Alongside being a fully qualified and accredited secondary school teacher, yoga teacher (200hr) and Focalizing (somatic therapy) practitioner, I have completed trainings in coaching, mindfulness, yoga for teens, yin yoga, anti-racism, inclusion and I am a Mental Health First Aider. I have an ongoing practice of holistic professional and personal support.

I work with teenagers and young people from 13+ and adults, whether formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed or exploring the possibility of a neurodivergent identity (parents may be neurodivergent or neurotypical). With all clients, my aim is to allow you to feel more connected to your Self and to live in ways that are supportive, nourishing and sustaining for you. That looks very different for each person - I will help you explore what the possibilities of what it looks like for you.

I can support any adult on their path of acceptance (self-discovery or diagnosis) and with processing their experience of the world. My work with parents aims to support parents’ wellbeing to enable you to create a life that works for your family and while I do absolutely offer practical support with ways to help your kids, we look at the bigger picture because you need taking care of too. With teenagers and young people, I follow their lead and we usually form a mentoring-type relationship. Please note, I am not a qualified therapist so if you believe you or young person need professional mental health support please visit your GP or seek medical help.

Please book in for a Connection Call if you feel the tug to work together. Sessions are £70 per 55 minute session and pay-what-you-can rates are also available.

Such a nurturing and empowering experience enabled deep reflection for me and Holly brought great insight and new ideas and perspectives to things that I already have read around/researched a lot…. I loved the follow up emails they were so supportive and really helped me navigate post session and in between. Super grateful that I gave Holly quite a few different things to work with and she always had such insightful feedback… Holly is an amazing coach!
