Yoga Classes and Workshops
Monthly yoga workshops at Margate Yoga Studio:
Friday 3rd October - Somatic Yoga - 6pm - 90 Minutes
Friday 31st October - Somatic Yoga - 6pm - 90 Minutes
This monthly class is for those who want greater access to and awareness of their own body. It is not a work-out. You are unlikely to sweat. But there is great potential for things to shift in your body. Movement is mostly likely to be soft and gentle, with curiosity and consent embedded into cues.
