Holly puts young people at the centre of staff training and development opportunities. She understands the needs of teachers, the increasing demands being made on their time and the importance of the purposeful use of training time. When working with students Holly nurtures and shows an empathetic understanding of young people together with the rigour and challenge required to bring about improvement.

Work in Schools

I offer consultancy, wellbeing workshops, whole-school INSET and student workshops demonstrating simple strategies to incorporate each and every day and we bring it to your location in sessions with impact.

I can focus specifically on the neurodivergent experience in your school and improving mental health holistically, working with small groups of students in immersive yoga and embodiment workshops to foster positive identity, increase engagement and reduce anxiety and stress. There is the possibility of assemblies, talks and whole year group programs on neurodivergence and/or teenage identity and mental health. Or I can provide training to staff at any level with ways to create more inclusive classrooms for neurodivergent students, that foster positive mental health outcomes, without increasing their workload.

Please get in touch for more information.

Holly was extremely easy to work with. She listened and adapted her session to our requirements. The session was a good balance of explaining the science behind the brain and giving practical advice.

Holly delivered an informative and real life context based session for our year 11’s, giving them simple and easy to use techniques for self regulation and responding to stress in a healthy way. Holly was kind, open and engaging and worked really well with students who challenged information and questioned the theory and technique. I know that they will each take something away from the session and digest the information which they engaged with the most.
