Our Online Courses and Workshops
Crackers Without the Comedown: A Joyful and Calm Christmas (1.5hr workshop)
Our seasonal offering:
Does not prescribe being calm (unless that’s what you crave at this time) - it’s about getting in your joyful flow over the season
1.5hrs that explores how to approach relationships and situations mindfully and the importance of boundaries which can be especially tricky at this time of year
Includes practical exercises you’ll work through in the session to identify what you REALLY want (and need) from the festive season and to get you in the right mindset
Will look at how to care less about others’ judgements and expectations and support yourself in saying ‘no’
Shares breathing, mindfulness and yoga techniques to RESET mentally and physiologically in less than 2 minutes to get the most out of Christmas without burning out by the end
Will be particularly useful if you’re an introverted sensation-seeker (ie you love a party but find too much socialising wears you out)
Nurture: A Four Week Wellbeing Focus
Our signature course runs 3-4 times a year - the next start date is Monday 3rd February.
Imagine living exactly the same life but it feels easier…
Imagine being more present for your kids, students and others, while actually having extra time for yourself…
Imagine that extra time being a feature of every single day, without feeling stressed about yet another thing on the to-do-list…
Over four weeks together - starting on Monday 3rd February - we’ll explore how you can build a sustainable mindfulness and yoga practice that works for your life, long-term. Because it’s time to give yourself some much-needed care and focus on your mental health and wellbeing. Unlike a spa day or a massage (which both have a very fond place in my heart) we’ll figure out how to make regular, ongoing holistic wellbeing a viable practice for you. We’re going to lay a strong foundation for you to carry on from after the course. And we’re going to do that, while acknowledging the reality of busy lives filled with responsibilities.
I know it can seem impossible to fit in a toilet trip or drink a whole cup of tea - let alone actually look after you - you’re down at the bottom of the to-do-list and you never get anywhere near the end… BUT I’m here to help you commit to doing just that - the looking after you - and to follow it through for four weeks.
I know you know what you should be doing- you hear that enough. Nurture is the pathway to working out what you can be doing, then doing it and feeling better for it. Over four weeks you’ll feel calmer and more connected to your life and your loved ones and be able to find time for that cup of tea in peace (and more) every single day. You will also have a plan to sustain that practice in a way that nurtures you and have tools to come back to it when life - inevitably - happens.
This is a real and honest space, not one filled with toxic positivity - all of your emotions and experiences are valid and we need to pay attention to them (not pretend the negative ones don’t exist) to lead full and happy lives. I’m going to listen and I’m going to ask you to listen because all the answers - actually - lie within you.
“Thank you for everything over the past four weeks... Putting things in place to continue with mindfulness everyday, its easy to make excuses not to do it, but doing it everyday makes such a difference.”

How’s it going to work?
Before the course starts, you’ll receive your specially created mindfulness meditations and yoga videos and be asked to think about your personal goals. Starting Monday 3rd February - and for every Monday in February - you’ll get an email in your inbox, introducing the theme for the week (Commitment, Boundaries, Connection and Acceptance) and setting out the mindset exercises available to you. The exercises have been designed to give you clarity and build your confidence to start living life more on your terms and to develop a mindfulness and yoga practice. They are not compulsory - everything on this course is an invitation to you, for you.
At 8pm on a Tuesday I’ll go live in the dedicated Facebook group for a 30 minute (approx) workshop on that week’s theme. We’ll start with some breath and/or yoga work before exploring the theme. You don’t need to be able to watch this live - I’ve scheduled it in the daytime for my work-life balance - it will be available in the group and there will be a replay. For community and support, as we go through the month ,you can share as much or as little as you like with the group or in my inbox.
What will I need to do/how much effort is it going to be?
To get the best results, you’ll want to commit to practising a mindful meditation most days and yoga as many times a week as you can (the videos and meditations are short to allow you to squeeze them in). There will be enough material provided so you don’t need to access anything else but there are loads of amazing mindfulness apps, online yoga providers and local studios out there – you are invited to use any of these you want. And/or if you would like to use this course as the inspiration to get on the mat at your nearest studio, then that is amazing too.
It might all feel a bit stretchy to fit it in around the rest of your life at first - that’s kind of the point and why this course is here. We’ll look at why it’s difficult (mentally, practically, emotionally) and explore ways to make space for you to flow more easily in your day-to-day. The mindset work is designed to assist you in achieving and sustaining that yoga and mindfulness practice, to support your mental health and wellbeing and to facilitate greater self-belief and calm. BUT - with that in mind - this is not a bootcamp, this is a nurturing space. So you get to do what you can and I’ll support you in that, whatever it looks like.
The webinars will be approx 30 minutes long and the mindset exercises should take 1 hour or less to complete. The mindfulness meditation can be as short as 5 minutes per day and the yoga sessions can be as short as 10 minutes. Nothing is compulsory. You’re in control.
Who is it for?
Someone who looks after anyone in any capacity. Someone who needs looking after. Someone who educates. Someone who thinks that actually it might be nice to spend some energy, time and money on themselves. Is that someone you?
The course is open to all. There will be some focus on looking after others but – in reality – who of us doesn’t do that in some shape or form?!
It’s probably not for you if you’ve recently experienced a bereavement, trauma or exceptional period of (unusual) stress as mindfulness can occasionally trigger symptoms.
“The main thing I’m going to take away is the notion that it is really helpful to take the time to reflect on what is going on both around me and inside my head on a much more regular basis and with less criticism. Thanks Holly!”
