How does it work?

In this one-off online session, is for those of you who particular aspect of your life you want to get more connected in.

This is for you if you can see a big flashing red light over a certain part of your life, letting you know it needs addressing but you don’t know where to start. Or maybe you don’t feel able to take on a longer commitment but it’s as though you’re free-falling through life and you really need to pull that parachute cord.

The focus is on making life better. Not by achieving more, doing more, being more but by connecting more. That focus can be on carving out space for you the individual or it can be on your relationship with and responses to your kids and their needs (it often turns out to be a bit of both). By focusing on connection you create a more balanced, stable, joy-filled life for everybody.

We won’t be looking at ‘life hacks’ or quick fixes but we will explore that problem area and identify some approaches to create real, tangible change. You will shift from overwhelmed to confident in your ability to create more flow and calm in the precise places in your life where it will make a difference.

The Zoom call will be 90 minutes together where we dive deep and identify supported ways you can facilitate the change you so wish for.

It might be an energetic shift is needed in the family dynamic so you can get some time to yourself or you’re finding it difficult to navigate your (or your child’s emotions). You might want to ditch the guilt and the ‘shoulds’ or you’re tired of feeling like nothing you do is good enough. You bring the focus and together we figure out the way to go.

You’ll fill in a questionnaire prior to our 90 minute Zoom meeting so we know what we’ll be working on and can get maximum impact from the session.

What I can do for you:

Listen to what you are saying without placing any judgement, expectation or demands on you

Support you to make the changes you need to get more connected in a particular area of your life

Suggest options for you to consider applying in that area of your life (mindfulness, yoga or mindset based)

Give practical input around implementing boundaries and connecting with your child/children’s needs while addressing your own

Provide techniques and strategies that will help you meet your child/ren’s needs without sacrificing your own - creating more balance and harmony for everyone

What I can’t do for you:

This is not therapy – we will deal with your present situation and how to improve it

Create the change for you – you need to want to shift and be prepared to stretch yourself to get there

Make decisions for you – I’m not going to tell you what you should do, I’ll help you uncover it for yourself
