In a recorded workshop, I share the key traits of being imperfectly human that keep me mentally well and living with joy and connection. And - importantly - how I use specific techniques to make sure I don’t waiver too far from that path, no matter what happens around me.
Then, over the course of 8 weeks we delve in to that together and you are held, safely and supported through a process of transformational change for your family.

I used to be constantly overwhelmed by life, struggle to implement boundaries and exist in a cycle of high-performance and burn-out. I ‘managed’ my mental health most of the time but there would be inevitable moments of collapse from doing too much and not looking after myself properly.
These days I have learned to be steady, emotionally and mentally resilient and have been described as an energy management ‘ninja’. I run two businesses - this one and an Airbnb - and my partner runs a third, I parent a child with additional needs and am in the middle of an intense yoga training and I generally feel pretty great about how much I have to do each day. That is, until I have people staying in my house because my autistic brain just can’t handle that much talking… Importantly, when that happens, I know when to retreat, how to rest and when I need silence!
Let’s be clear about this - I do not buy in to the capitalist assumption that busy and doing more = success. I do all the things I’m doing because I truthfully want to play all these roles and do everything I’m doing. They support me, connect me to who I am and I feel stronger for it. We all deserve to feel strongly connected to our life choices and follow our own path.
My partner once described me as ‘obsessed with feeling good’ and I took it as a compliment (which is how it was meant, I think). Life is bloody hard sometimes, it can be challenging and problematic and - I believe - the way to counter that is to seek out the wonder and as much of the good shit that it’s possible to grab hold of.
In the Collective, I share my concept of what being STRONG really is and help you implement in to to your life because I want you to feel centred and steady every single day. Strength is not about having it all together and never being vulnerable. Strength is about approaching life understanding what your heart needs and making confident choices based on filling yourself up.
2020 has been a total rollercoaster and I know your mental health has been taking a hit. In the Collective, I’ll share ways for you to bring the light in to your heart and you’ll share that experience with a wonderful community of like-minded souls, so you can take charge of your life and live it in flow.
How does it work?
The STRONG framework is a flexible way to support yourself as you make daily decisions or bigger choices - it guides you to tap in to your inner strength and stop listening to all that external chatter
It’s a set of traits you will start to embody to lead a more centred, heart-led, confident life
There is room for your vulnerability and sadness, your fear and your stress - being STRONG accepts all of who you are and allows you to navigate life on your terms
