WHAT do we do?

We work with individuals and institutions to incorporate mindfulness, yoga and mindset in day-to-day life because we know it works. Removing the boundaries to wellness, we help you make a difference in tangible ways that don’t take a lot of time.

Our work with schools brings the benefits of mindfulness, yoga and mindset to you to support holistic mental health and wellbeing in education. We offer INSET, wellbeing workshops for staff and day workshops for students.

Our online courses and workshops and in-person events are open to parents, educators, carers and anyone else who feels the pull to support themselves. Holly also offers personalised wellbeing coaching.
