In This Together x 2 Instalments
In This Together x 2 Instalments
Do you want things to be different?
Dads and non-birthing parents - we love you and we need you. We recognise the complicated situation you’re in and all the pressures you face, both internally and externally. We are all in this together, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. The societal structures of oppression are harming us all and there is quite a lot you can do about it.
Part learning journey, part energetic support, part space to share and be held In This Together is an opportunity for dads and non-birthing parents to engage in a community of parents who are on the neurodivergent journey together. This is a way to actively participate in dismantling the patriarchal, ableist, societal toxicity that burdens us all as parents, that will benefit your family immediately.
Covering topics of Neurodivergence, PDA, Demand avoidance and Low Demand Living, Meltdowns/high distress, Sensory processing, Self- and Co-Regulation, Anxiety and more this six week journey will offer you insight into the ways you, your kids and your partner are navigating the world through a neuro-affirming lens, while offering energetic support and space to be heard.
This community-building space is for those of you who are ready to commit to learning, unlearning, listening, speaking and honouring your truth. This is a space for you to ask all the questions, to connect with others who ‘get’ what it’s like to walk in your shoes - because they are living it too - and for you to be heard.
In This Together allows you to give focused attention to the challenges your family face, gain insight on what steps you want to take next, plus we will dial deep into the joy and potentiality of your family’s life. Through this nurturing six week container - where you’ll be guided through neuro-affirming, somatic techniques and knowledge - your capacity and resource to support your family will grow.
It is possible to live in a way that suits you and your family. Overwhelm, burnout and isolation are not inevitable, but they are built into the systems we live in. You have a choice and what you desire - and your freedom - is on the table for the taking. In This Together is your opportunity to choose your path and step in to your family in all the ways you’ve been wanting to.
This happens through:
6 x weeks 90 minute online sessions starting Tuesday 26 May 7:30 - 9:00pm
Individual WhatsApp support (messages and voice-notes)
WhatsApp Group
The online sessions will include delivery and learning on that week’s theme, some somatic resourcing and an opportunity to share and ask questions.

I have spent the last 9 years digging deep to meet my own and my kid’s needs. And I can tell you this much - we really, really need and appreciate her dad in all the ways he has walked this path alongside us.
In This Together is a nurturing space for dads and non-birthing parents to support you to shift things up and create the changes you want to see for your kid/s, your partner/co-parent and you.
This is for you if you:
Are tired of niggling disagreements (or blazing rows) about how to care for the kid/s and are ready to shift your perspective to approach things differently, through a neuro-affirming lens
Want to understand and explore your own and/or your family’s neurodivergence more deeply in a space that welcomes curiosity and invites exploration
Need to be heard and ask questions - without judgement - and would like to be in community with other dads and non-birthing parents
Find it hard to witness your partner or co-parent struggle and want to offer beneficial support and unsure how best to do that
Want your partner or co-parent to feel truly supported and for your effort to be recognised, while reducing everyone’s exhaustion and overwhelm
Are ready for things to change and would like everybody to feel more cared for and have more freedom, including you
Desire the space and opportunity to develop a more connected, accepting relationship with your kid/s and/or partner
