This Community will give you the space you need and will empower to live life on your own, and your family’s terms.

Not by adding to your mental and emotional load by giving you extra items for your to-do-list (that’s the last thing you need).

But by allowing space for processing and accepting your completely valid mental and emotional reactions to your family life - all the while, getting more free in every day life.

I have spent the last 8 years digging deep to meet my own and my kid’s needs. I have pulled on parenting techniques, sure. But I have mainly dug into my own energetic and somatic practices, gifting myself the time and space to wake up from the delusion that there is one way to be a human (and a parent and a kid).

I really think we are getting somewhere - R and I - and I want to share that. Not the formula of what we do, but the tools of how we got here by figuring out what it is we do need. I’m not offering a ‘how to parent’ community but I acknowledge that parenting is so much of your life and sometimes it’s really hard to see your way through (and I think you’re doing better than you realise).

This is your opportunity to plug in to how it is you want to live and to realise some of your imaginings of what life could be like.

This Community is 11 months of nurturing space for parents and it will meet you where you are, to support you to shift things up and create the changes you want to see.

• An opportunity to intentionally build your capacity to live in the ways you want, free of shame and societal expectations

• You want to awaken something you know is within you but it's not heard, seen or acknowledged right now

• Space for you as the main parent/carer to explore what you need and work intentionally towards that

• Community care - a group of others who are walking beside you

• Held and guided by me somatically, philosophically and energetically

• In-person in Margate, Kent, online and/or recorded sessions once a month on a Sunday at 8pm (you can attend as you wish or catch-up if you can't make it)

• WhatsApp group 

• Ad-hoc, optional extras, as per the groups’ or individual needs

In a guided, supportive space spanning the academic year, you will have time to pause, connect and offload each month as well as setting intentions and being supported to achieve them across the year.

Let’s connect, let’s soothe our nervous system, let’s break down our internal barriers to happiness and let’s do it together. Because life is better in community and I know how excluding life can feel; I also know, it doesn’t have to feel that way.

Pay your deposit TODAY, then pay £55 per month on 1st of the month, October - July (if your deposit is on sale to £33 and paid by the end of July then you pay £33 each month all the way through).

First dates would be:
